With customized particulars, the production of just one shirt alone requires fifty manual operations entrusted to the expert hands of highly-qualified personnel with long experience in the Tirinzoni tradition.
Each item is subjected to strict final inspection and as many as four types of quality control.

Our experience provides us with unusual flexibility that enables us to create highly customized, tailor-made shirts for men and women that are capable of meeting every request from our clients.

Models and patterns
We offer model-making service using body, collar and cuff patterns from our own archives or those supplied by the client.

Minimum quantities
There are no minimum quantities for tailor-made shirts. A minimum order of 50 items in the models and fabrics desired by the client is required for our standard series production.

Delivery times
Standard series restocking: 30 calendar days
Tailor-made: 10 calendar days
Summer collection: December/January/February. Discount sales: March/April
Winter collection: June/July/August/September. Discount sales: October/November

Labeling
We make and personalize labels and tags to client specification.
Our own labels are: TIRINZONI made in Italy, MATISHIRT made in Italy.
We produce and distribute the MARRIN made in Italy and FDV made in Italy labels
Packaging: made and personalized to client specification.

Fabrics
Selected from among the finest Italian productions, we use high-quality stock on hand fabrics for our tailor-made service and a wide range of different types and qualities of linen, cotton, silk, etc.

Buttons
We offer a wide range of buttons in mother-of-pearl, bone, and plastic selected with care and attention to quality.
